Shipping And Handling

Delivery is free for all orders to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, they will take between 24 and 48 hours depending on the location and stock. Some remote areas can take up to 5 days for delivery.  United Kingdom will be charged at €20.00  and will typically take between 2 and 4 days for delivery. Most items are shipped with Fastway Couriers, small items may be shipped via An Post . 

Delivery Schedule

Your goods will be dispatched the same day providing the order is placed before 1pm .  All orders placed after  1 pm will be dispatched the following day and should arrive within 24 hours. Any orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched for a Monday delivery. If you have an urgent order that requires a Saturday delivery we can arrange this for an extra charge. All deliveries are made via Fastway Couriers or An Post .  Orders to Europe and America take between 2 and 5 days depending upon location and charges are applied based on weight, size and destination.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, a warning message will appear in the check out and you will have the option to select a different item, proceed with the order or to cancel the entire order.  We will keep you updated with expected delivery dates via email and your login area that is accessed via our secure server. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 

Returns Policy 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for either a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be made back onto the credit card the order was placed with.

When cost have been incurred by Wellies.ie and there is no subsequent sale, due to the return of goods, postage & packing costs will be deducted from any refund. 

Return costs are at your expense unless on the rare occasion the item is faulty. In the rare event your purchase is incorrect, damaged or faulty we will arrange collection from you free of charge, within the Republic of Ireland, providing it is within the 30 day warranty. All returns from outside the Republic of Ireland are at customers expense. Returns under warranty, but outside of the 30 days will be at the customers cost. Returns due to discrepancies on images displayed on the site are at customers expense. All images are for demonstration purposes only and products may differ from those displayed. Please follow the instructions below and please make sure that the item was purchased from us before returning.
